Phantom, Seokgu Yun
Founder & CEO
Phantom S. Yun, with a background in Electrical Engineering from KAIST and Computer Science from USC, is the architect of MetaMUI, the world's first DID-based, quantum-safe blockchain. With over two decades of experience in cryptography and software security for governments, banks, and global enterprises, he has pioneered post-quantum security solutions to safeguard the future of digital finance. He envisions an Internet of Digital Currencies — a secure, interoperable network enabling regulated digital currencies, AI-driven commerce, and seamless global payments.
Frances Kim, PhD
Co-founder & COO
Born in Japan and raised in Korea and the United States, Dr. Frances Kim studied psychology at USC and earned a PhD in Organizational Behavior. She has advised leading Korean corporations on management and strategy, and now oversees operations, governance, and global partnerships at SovereignWallet. She leads the company’s work to build secure, inclusive, and sustainable digital infrastructure that unites cultures, empowers economies, and safeguards the environment, and she envisions a financial future that is instant, borderless, and empowering for all.
